Yoga 30 Challenge: Bring hope, healing and second chances for people in prison

smilerokuk

I'm taking part in the The Prison Phoenix Trust, Yoga 30 Challenge, practising everyday in October for 30mins and aim to raise funds for yoga in prison. The Prison Phoenix Trust, is a UK based charity and has been supporting prisoner rehabilitation since 1988 and understands the transformative power of yoga and meditation within the prison system.

This is a cause that goes beyond asanas and meditation cushions. You'll be supporting programs that empower prisoners to find their inner peace, confront their past, and envision a future free from crime. Fundraising efforts will help provide yoga and meditation resources, instructors, and support to those who need it most.

Every GBP raised in the "Yoga 30 Challenge" is a step closer to transforming lives. It's an investment in hope, healing, and second chances for individuals who, with the right tools and support, can turn their lives around.

The healing journey facilitated by yoga and meditation knows no boundaries, and it extends even to people in prison. Through your participation and generosity, you are extending a hand of compassion and are helping to unlock the potential for positive change within the hearts of prisoners, and in doing so, you are contributing to a safer and more compassionate society for all.

Follow along to my day 1 session below and join me on the "Yoga 30 Challenge" know that you are making a difference—one breath, one pose, and one donation at a time. You can make your donations my clicking onto my fundraising page here https://donate.givetap.co.uk/f/the-prison-phoenix-trust/yoga-30-challenge/tu-chan-yoga

Together, we can bring hope, healing, and second chances to those who need it most, and in the process, we can build a brighter future for all.
