In today's fast-paced and digitally driven world, it's so easy to easy to slip into feelings of isolation and loneliness. Loneliness is a universal human experience, and it can affect anyone, regardless of age, gender, or social status. This complex emotional state can be triggered by various factors such as social isolation, lack of meaningful relationships, life transitions, technology too.
Being alone can result in severe anxiety for some (autophobia, monophobia) and can affect a persons overall health and well being. They will have many tendencies, habits, struggles they face daily, in an effort not to feel lonely such as difficulty in cutting off toxic people, requiring reassurance that they are still liked, not standing up for oneself when the situation warrants it, feeling the need to be around someone, missing people and just settling in friendships and relationships
