kick off your day feeling grounded, strong and focused. Vinyasa/hatha style flows with a big focus on breath. Go to 'Bookings Page' to book. Aim to arrive 5-10 mins before the start of class. I am unable to allow late comers in once the class has started. Just arrive ready for practice, wear something comfortable allowing you to move comfortably in. Mats and props provided.
