Wow! It was a beautiful morning waking up to a blanket of snow, so pretty and magical eh?! I was was delighted to welcome one student for a surprise private practice 7am this Monday morning. It was a truly joyous experience teaching just the one student. It allowed me to customise the practice to my student needs and share yoga with her so that she could fully experience it. I had the responsibility to fully show up and support my student, setting unwanted thoughts and feelings aside concerning class turnout. It's not personal! I'm super grateful for her presence as I know it must have taken her something energetically to show up. Thank you to this lovely kind soul who made my morning.
